a = 9.8m/s/s +/- 0.1
d= 30m +/- 1

I thought you did .1/9.8 to get realitive uncertainty of a, then 1/ 30 = relative uncertainty of d

add them = 0.044

mulitply by a *d to get absolute uncertainty, (a * d = 294)
294 *.044 = 12.9

then afterwards, taking the square root, 12.9 /2 = 6.45

so vf = 24.2 +/- 6.45 ???? this is obviously way off. where am i going wrong?
