As I cannot swallow these and see no reason to reject my bodies gagging reaction as indicating the tablet is too big I have removed the powder from the capsule and mixed with food. I don't really care what its mixed with as I detect no taste from it anyway. Which does beg the question why the soluble version is flavoured with liquorice.
Anyway. Is it still as effective, If not why not, and can I improve this by mixing it with something specific.Answer Question
