I have never found this to be true. I rub a balloon backwards and forwards on what is left of my hair and the balloon charges.

I rub and ebony rod backwards and forwards with fur and it charges.

So I can't agree with the substance of the question.

I'm currently working on a research project in wind engineering, which involves CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulations. However, I have little knowledge of it. I am quite good at the basic application now but I want to study about it. Is there any good text book with brief coverage of theory and lots of application ? I want to do simulations with two different fluids, dynamic meshes and merged with FEM (finite element methods). I'm using ANSYS12.0 if that helps
