For example, 2,4 dinitrophenylhydrazine and potassium dichromate as they are toxic which is why they are dangerous. But we tried to make it a low risk by making sure that goggles and gloves were worn. Another problem we came across was the unpleasant odour of some of the chemicals, such as aldehyde and ketone, but to make sure it did not effect out tests, we make sure the windows were open to keep the area ventilated. Some chemical were flammable and splint test used; for example, propanone, ethanol, ethanol and cyclohexane alkene. We made sure that goggles, gloves and protective clothing were worn to reduce the risk of individuals getting on fire. The precision of the tests were not reliable, as we could have used the pipettes to measure the amount of chemicals put into the beakers rather than using the drops to make it more reliable. There would have been no precisions to be made during this experiment because the changes were obvious. But we could have used a pipette for transporting a measured volume of substance. The other test that could have been done was mass spectroscopy, which uses the spectroscopy to determine the masses of small electrically charged particles.Answer Question
