I put a little algae wafer in a fish... habitat, and the water is all cloudy. Will the algae ever sink to the bottom? Will any grow on the rocks on the bottom?

I don't know anything about algae (obviously).

Do you think my minnows are swimming around at the top because the water lacks O2 or because they're hungry? (I fed them,,, 'bout 10 hours ago.)
