Open Question: multiplying exponents. If you can walk me through it, that would help. Trying to learn?

as far as I can tell your not multiplying exponents but rather.. distrubiting the "X" in front of the parentheses.

You multiply every number inside of the parentheses by -X.

-6x6^3 + 5x^2y^2 -X^2y + 5x^4

Goodness I hope I'm right.. it's been a while :P

There should be online calculators that will check my answer and also show you the steps though.
There's online calculators for everything these days.
