Open Question: What exactly is the human genome?

I've read that the genome is a full set of chromosomes in a gamete. However, gametes can have multiple different combinations of chromosomes arising from meiosis, so which one determines the genome of a human? If my definition is totally wrong, feel free to correct me. Thanks!Answer Question
