Open Question: What is the probability of rolling a sum of 11 with two dice?
While I haven't taken a statistics class, it seems like the answer would be 2 out of 36 (or 1 out of 18).
There are 36 possible outcomes when rolling two dice (for each of the 6 possibilities on die A, there are 6 possibilities on die B). Only two of these outcomes (6,5) and (5,6) add up to 11.
