A=7(7) +4= 49+4=53

B=4(7) + 9=28+9=37

If T and U are complementary then

16x-9+4x+3=90
20x-6=90
20x=96
x=4.8

T=16(4.8) - 9=76.8-9= 67.8

U=4(4.8) + 3= 19.2+3= 22.2
