Open Question: how do you find the zeroes of y= x^2 + 7x -32 ?

Well, to find our 0 (or x-intercept) we need to plug in 0 for y since an x-intercept is finding where on the x-axis it will be crossed (or where y will be 0).

Just plug it in to get 0 = x^2 + 7x -32, and solve.

However, you'll need to factor in this situation (or use the quadratic formula) which is a different story entirely.
