Open Question: How do you simplify 8^(-2/3) why are the steps what they are?
it would become
8 ^ -2
= 1/8^2 = 1/64
then you just cube root 64 and 1.
cuve root of 1 is 1 and 64 is 4 = 1/4
8 ^ -2
= 1/8^2 = 1/64
