Open Question: If the total atmospheric pressure is 760.00 mm Hg, what is the partial pressure of CO2?

2:51 Publicado por Flechado16

Use dalton's law

Partial pressure of CO2=Molar Fraction of CO2*Total pressure

PCO2=XCO2Ptotal

Molar Fraction of CO2=moles of CO2/total moles in the gas mixture.

Substitute the values in the above equation and solve.
