If I were u I would tell your doctor just what u said that you can't breathe right. If he needs to he will send you to an ENT ears nose and throat specialist. From there you will probably have a cat scan done and then he will decide what you need for surgery. I recently had sinus surgery and a deviated septum surgery. I'm 14 and I had had the problem from about ur age but it is nessecary to go through all steps before considering surgery. It costs about 8000 to 16000 for what I had done. By the way I am breathin way better than I did before it is life changing
