Open Question: What experience have you had with Vyvanse?

I've been suffering from non stop severe derealization, anxiety, panic attacks after having a bad experience with marijuana last November. My doc said that my anxiety was most likely centered from my ADD. I've read stories of people on Vyvanse and most of them weren't good. One person even claims to suffer from ticks and tourettes like symptoms after taking the medication. I want to cure myself from this awful derealization and anxiety that has stolen the value of my life for the past few months, but I don't want to induce any negative permanent changes to myself.
