It is something I've considered practicing for quite some time, but the thing is, i just don't know where to begin.
I mean, PHYSICALLY, how the hell do you start? what, you just sit on the couch and close your eyes, then stuff happens?

what is the proper procedure for doing so, as I am most curious.
