You will probably need a calculator. I have got some answers but i dont know if they are right.
Please show your workings out to the answer:

1. A man of mass 70kg is sat in a 60kg boat holding a 5kg rock. If he throws the rock out at 10m/s how fast will the boat move?

2. If a woman of mass 50kg sat in a 60kg boat catches the rock, how fast will her boat move?
