Mars has a diameter very close to half that of earth.
A) if the density of mars and earth are the same, what would be the mass of mars, in terms of earths mass?
B.) Assume mars and earth density are the same. What would be the surface gravity of mars, using the fact that earths surface gravity is g=9.8m/s? It says u can us the inverse square law..
lastly, C) the surface gravity of mars is actually 3.7m/s squared. Is the density of mars greater, equal, or less than earths?
