Open Question: Medical emergency regarding sodium levels and I don't know what to do?

I purposely went 3 months without consuming any significant amount of sodium (don't ask why, it doesn't matter). During this time period I also drank 3-4 gallons of water a day. Yes, a day.

Now I have to eat like 400% daily recommended sodium a day while only drinking a glass or two of water in order to function. If I go to many hours without a high sodium meal or if I drink too much water (which dilutes the sodium levels) my central nervous system, digestive system, and brain begin to malfunction.

My doctor gave me a sodium blood test and said that I was only a little low and it's nothing to worry about. This is obviously impossible because again, I went 3 months straight where I barely got any sodium, and the sodium I did get was washed out by the 3-4 gallons of water I was drinking a day.

I believe the only way to fix the sodium deficiency I have is through IV but how can I get an IV of sodium if my blood tests are inaccurate and say I'm barely deficient?
