x^2-3x=-3 ===> completing the square as (-3/2)^2 both sides
x^2 - 3x + (3/2)^2 = -3 + (-3/2)^2
x^2 - 3x + 9/4 = -3 + 9/4
(x - 3/2 )^2 = -3/4
x - 3/2 = +/- v(-3/4)
x = (3/2) +/- v(3)/v(4) i
x = (3/2) +/- v(3)/2 i
