Help?

For a particular reaction, ?H = -32 kJ and ?S = -97 J/K. Assume that ?H and ?S do not vary with temperature.

Questions:

1.) At what temperature will the reaction have ?G = 0? (Answer In K.)

2.) If T is increased from that in part A, will the reaction be spontaneous or nonspontaneous?

Any help would be great! Also show work on how you got the answer to #1 so I know how to do it for other problems, thanks! :)
