(4x/6x) + (2/(x+4))
(2/3) + (2/(x+4))
common denominator is 3(x+4)
[2(x+4) + 3 * 2] / [3(x+4)]
(2x+8+6) / (3x+12)
(2x+14) / (3x+12)
[2(x+7) / 3(x+4)]
