6ft 1, 190lbs Last week i smoked just a lil over a gram in 3days an i was clean before that, ill be 11 days clean by the test and for the past 3 days ive gotten about 30 miles a day on a road bike with really hilly terrain.

Question: my friend has smoked the day before the test taken it an passed (like a 4 prong dip test). So does it just mask the thc? if so how long will it last? ive heard take 2 hrs before, is that right? should i not drink much water with it? (fear of diluting the mask)
