so then it is more simple

so then it is more simple

= x^3 + x^2 + 3x - 3x^2 -3x - 9
Then group like terms:
x^3 + x^2 + 3x - 3x^2 -3x - 9
= x^3 + (1-3)x^2 + (3-3)x - 9
= x^3 - 2x^2 +0x - 9
= x^3 - 2x^2 - 9
And you're done!
