Open Question: Point of saturation of Sucrose solution?

I've found the molar mass and all of this stuff to try and work it out but I keep getting ridiculous figures like 0.05m, which can't be right because we did an experiment with 1mole solution and that was not saturated. So i'm sort of confused.. if anyone could tell me what the point of saturation of sucrose in water is at 25 degrees celsius (in moles) is, that would be much appreciated.
