Open Question: thinking of siphoning water from one well to another?

I am considering drilling a second well to supplement the capacity of the first well. Since i am looking for energy efficiency i was thinking of siphoning water from 1 well to the next. The first well would pump water through the heat pumps and dump back into the new well. The draw down and subsequent return of the water to the new well will create the pressure for the siphon to flow and equalize the well levels. Can a siphon be held over the long term?Answer QuestionBe the first to answer this question.
