Open Question: What do the parameters in this formula represent?

I am pretty sure this model is a logistic function, and I have the values for these parameters, but can anyone help me figure out what they mean? Someone told me that K is the carrying capacity, but I can not figure out what L and M are supposed to represent.Answer Question
