You should direct this question to your doctor or pharmacist. Part of the pharmacists (chemists) job when they are prescribing pharmaceuticals is to look at your record to see what else you are taking, and make sure that there are no harmful drug interactions or overdoses.

So please don't take any answer here as definitive, as you should really be asking a health professional. In my opinion though, unless you are going to different doctors and chemists and they don't know what you are taking, then you should be fine if they are doing their job correctly. Also, if the drugs have different active ingredients, you will still be within the therapeutic window for each drug, and overdosing will not be a problem.
