Let g(t) = tan(t^2+4)

f(x) = 4x^4 --- upper limit of integration
f'(x) = 16x^3

d/dx int[2v2, 4x^4] tan(t^2+4) dt = g(f(x)) f'(x) --- Fundamental Theorem of Calculus

= tan((4x^4)^2+4) (16x^3)
= 16 x^3 tan(16x^8 +4)
