Open Question: Vet Tech or Vet Assistant?

Curiouss... Member since:April 29, 2010Total points:102 (Level 1)Ive always loved animals and helping them, im starting my junior year in high school soon and I want to decide what to do with my future, I am going to go to college maybe just a local one for now, but I have no idea what to study, what I want to do in my future is either be a vet assistant or a vet tech, now I don't know if I could handle being a vet tech because that would mean drawing blood and such things but whats the difference between a tech & assistant? and what do you have to major in college in order to be one? or if you can give me ideas on what someone who loves working with animals would major in that would be greatAnswer QuestionBe the first to answer this question.
