Open Question: Why does the moon orbit counter-clockwise?

That would only be the case if the two bodies both originated as one body, and underwent an explosion that sent one the opposite direction.

AND, we know this not to be true. The presently accepted theory of formation of the Moon is the giant impact hypothesis...based upon a Mars-mass object at Earth-sun's L5 point, over-oscillating out of its Lagrangian well, eventually to side-swipe with protoEarth and kick away some interior material that formed the moon.

The entire system originated as a system of Draco-viewed CCW orbits.

The deal is, the ENTIRE SOLAR SYSTEM originated from a rotating protoplanetary nebula that was rotating counterclockwise as viewed from Draco.

The SPECIAL CASES are those that rotate clockwise as viewed from Draco...not those that rotate ccw as viewed from Draco.

The initial solar system originated with its own angular momentum. It didn't initiate as a stationary thing.
