Open Question: what is the current? try to answer this question if you can?

Electric current is a flow of electric charge through a medium. This charge is typically carried by moving electrons in a conductor such as wire. (It can also be carried by ions in an electrolyte).

The SI unit for measuring the rate of flow of electric charge is the ampere, which is charge flowing through some surface at the rate of one coulomb per second. Electric current is measured using an ammeter
Mathematically it can be written as
Q = i * t ; where Q = charge in Coulomb, i = current in amp., and t = time in sec
so in your question Q = 10, 800 C, t = 1 hour = 60x60 = 3,600 sec
so 10,800 = i * 3,600 ; or
i = 10,800 / 3,600 = 3 amp. ---------- Answer

Hope this helped.
