i had a MRI done over in march. i got the report today but don't really understand the report was hoping someone could help me out with the report to help me understand it.

findings:

alignment: generally preserved
bones: marrow signal within normal limits for the patients age
nerves: the conus terminates at the L1 level.
muscles: no significant atrophy. no suspicious extraspinal abnormality.

possible minimal diffuse disc bulge at L4-L5. Otherwise intervertebral discs are within normal limits. no neuroforamina narrowing or canal stenosis.

impression:
no neural foramina narrowing or canal stenosis as above.

thats the report that i received and was wondering if anyone here could help me with what it all says or what it all means? if not if you know any websites that could help me that you could point me in the right direction please? thank you
